QC/QA Manager

Qualified :

1.  Bachelor degree or above,more than 5 years quality management experience in manufacturing industry, 
2.  familiar with ISO quality management system and various inspection tools;
3.  Have strong communication and coordination skills and the ability to judge things;
4.  Rigorous and careful work, a strong sense of responsibility, and teamwork spirit;
5.  Fluent in Indonesian and English, and Chinese is preferred;
6.  Proficient in computer office software (such as Excel, Word, PPT, etc.) and ERR operation."

job desc:

1.  Strictly implement all kinds of rules and regulations of the company and conscientiously perform work duties.
2.  Responsible for organizing quality management,formulating, inspecting and revising inspection standards, and supervising the implementation.
3. Responsible for managing the daily affairs of the quality inspection department.
4.  Handle quality abnormalities and track the verification results.
5.  Collect and summarize, sort out, investigate, analyze, feedback and transmit quality inspection information of quality data and abnormal list, ensure the authenticity of information and put forward reasonable suggestions and disposal measures realistically.

Production Manager

Qualified :

1.  Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of relevant manufacturing production management work experience;
2.  Have strong communication and coordination skills and the ability to judge things;
3.  Rigorous and careful work, a strong sense of responsibility, and teamwork spirit;
4.  Fluent in Indonesian and English, in addition, good command of Chinese is considered;
5.  Proficiency in computer office software (such as Excel, Word, PPT, etc.), and ERR operation."

job desc :

1.  Draft department SOP and ensure all procedures are adhere to.
2.  Lead department manpower deployment, training, apprasial and ensure daily operation are under control.
3.  Check and review production planning and delivery schedule and ensure prompt feedback to the sales team.
4.  Consistent meeting with sales team to ensure on time delivery to customers.
5.  Overall management of sales orders which will include people management, maintenance of machinery & quality issue.
6.  In charge of production area 5S management.
7.  Work together with Engineering manager to set standard operating procedure & standard time for all products .
8.  Be responsible for work safety and also be fully responsible for all fix asset in the department."

injection moulding Workshop Supervisor

Qualified :

1.  More than 5 years of injection moulding workshop management experience, familiar with injection moulding machine adjustment and relevant mould knowledge;
2.  Strong learning ability, able to quickly learn and understand new product knowledge;
3.  Hard-working, rigorous and careful work, serious and responsible;
4.  Familiar with the operation of computer office software;"

job desc :

1.  Act as the key person in production with tasks to ensure correct timing, quality and delivery of products.
2.  Cost control: Gather all the resources to ensure products are produced at its lowest cost in term of manpower& cycle time.
3.  Manpower management: Provide proper training to both old and new employees in term of technique and safety. Works together better efficiency and cost effectiveness method in production.
4.  Quality: Ensure production are carrried out with target of best quality production. Work together with quality department to carry out investigation and corrective action to ensure error will not be repeated again.
5.  5S management: Be the key person responsible to carry out 5S actions and ensure continuous improvement in production regarding 5S.
6.  Safety: Act as the key person for safety. Carry out regular audit together with team on safety issue and actively works towards corrective actions."

Chemical Engineer Staff :

Qualified :

1.  Bachelor degree or above, major in chemical engineering, more than 3 years of laboratory experience;
2.  Work conscientiously and carefully, and can strictly abide by the operating specifications;
3.  Strong communication skills, team spirit, and ability to work independently;
4.  Fluent in Indonesian and English."

job desc :

1.  Be responsible for the formulation and testing of new recipe with proper recording of data.
2.  Be responsible for the BoM of the products.
3.  Carry out trial of new products.
4.  Be the key person of sampling during prototype phase.
5.  Provide technical support to production.
6.  Act as the key person for lab equipment maintenance to ensure all equipment works properly."
